For the past seven years I have served as an instructor at the annual Door County Sea Kayak Symposium (DCSKS), held the second weekend in July and presented by Rutabaga Paddlesports. This year there were 160 participants with more than 40 instructors and assistants. One of those participants was a fellow travel blogger who goes by the name of Traveling Ted. Coincidentally I have followed TravelingTed on Instagram for more than a year and always enjoyed reading his blog. This year Ted was a participant in a kayaking day trip along the east coast of Door County, Wisconsin and I was assigned as one of the instructors for that trip. Today I’m turning over my blog to Ted so he can tell the story of his experience that day. Read his account here: Traveling Ted’s Door County Sea Kayaking Adventure
